The Festival is non for profit community organisation.

It consists of 5 full time staff, 1 part time and a dedicated volunteer committee as follows:

Not only the above but the whole community gets together to ensure the Festival is the best run event in the region with a huge amount of fantastic volunteers who come in and help not only during the Festival but months prior in the Festival office packing merchandise, sending out tickets and answering phone calls. To them we give huge thanks and appreciation.
