Guinness World Record Ute Parade attempt
On October 2, 1999, Deniliquin wrote itself in to history claiming the Guinness World Records title for the largest parade of legally registered utes in the world with 2,839 utes taking part.
Since then the Festival has reached new heights with over 7,000 utes counted at the Festival in 2008.
The official count will take place throughout the Festival site at 8am Saturday and the result will be announced on the Country Energy Main Stage that night.
Let's aim for 10,000 utes!
Guinness World Record Blue Singlet Count

Our belief is that behind the wheel of every good looking ute - is a good looking Aussie wearing a blue singlet!
Since 2004, the Deni Ute Muster has staged a World Record Blue Singlet Count in the RM Williams Bull Ride arena.
In 2009 Festival organizers felt it was time to make the count an official Guinness World Record attempt being the largest gathering of people wearing shearers blue singlets.
It is official! 2,230 people! This is a new GUINNESS WORLD RECORD!
Festival organisers have applied to Guinness World Records to attempt to break the 2009 record this year during the Festival.
Official Guinness World Record judge, Chris Sheedy will be there to adjudicate this attempt.

So be there in your bluey to be part of History!
Saturday 2pm in the Bull Ride Arena
Let's smash that record in 2010!
