In 2009 Festival organisers felt it was time to make the count an official Guinness World Record attempt being the largest gathering of people wearing shearers blue singlets with a new certified record of 2,230 people.
Festival organisers will attempt to break the 2009 Guinness World Record with an official Guinness World Record Count confirmed to take place in the RM Williams Bull Ride arena on Saturday 2nd October, at 2pm sharp.
Let's smash that record in 2010!!
Everyone is welcome to wear their bluey and be part of history.
Official Guinness World Record judge Chris Sheedy will be present again to adjudicate the attempt and the result will be announced on the Country Energy Main Stage Saturday night.
