Muster Information Centre
The official Information Centre is located at Gate 1 (Main) entrance.
It is packed with information about the Festival and to guide you in the right direction.
Any questions you have will be answered here by our friendly staff and volunteers.
There are customer feedback forms available. We would appreciate a little of your time to complete the simple feedback form to help make our festival even better in the years to follow.
Also shade, tables and chairs are provided for those wanting a break or as a meeting point.
If you have found any lost items please take them to the Centre as soon as possible.
Sunscreen is also available for free
The Centre is also a base for people with special needs to access taxis. Taxis for people with special needs will be available on call to drive to the centre for pick up and drop off.
Open hours:
Friday - 8am to 10pm
Saturday - 8am to 10pm
Sunday - 7am to 12noon
