The Festival organisers strive for high quality catering stalls with a huge selection of food to suit all taste buds. 

2008 Catering Site Applications are now open and can be downloaded below. 

Public Liability:

All caterers must have a minimum of $10 million public liability insurance

All trade exhibitors must attach a copy of their certificate of currency with their application form.

Caterers must attach the above plus a Certificate of their Food Handlers.
