 Camping facilities are included in the Festival pass for the 2 days.
Festival organisers and company Rent a Tent are offering patrons the opportunity to Rent a Tent during the Festival. Below more information & booking form.
There are 3 defined camping areas being:
Ute's only Camping Area (Ute Muster Paddock)
Only utes are able to camp in this area.
This is the non familiy camping area. No trailers or caravans allowed.
Showers and Toilets are available in this area and are in position from 9am Friday to noon Sunday.
This area must remain tidy and camping gear packed away during the Saturday - the day of the official count. Utes may not be removed from this area once inside until the 3.15pm aerial photograph is taken on Saturday.
Non Ute Camping Area
This is located directly opposite the Ute Muster Paddock and is an area specifically for people who want to camp as close as possible to their mates in the ute muster paddock but they don't have a ute! No caravans allowed in this area.
 Family Camping Area
A Family area.
This is located behind the Sports Arena. Traffic controllers will guide you to this area.
Shower and Toilets are included in this area and in position from 9am Friday to noon Sunday.
We welcome caravans, campertrailers, mobile homes, buses. Even if you just want to camp by your sedan or ute.
Caravans, Mobile Homes, utes, sedans with trailers can camp in this area. This area is intended for families.
Deluxe Rent a Tent's
Save the hassle of carting, putting up and dismantling your own tent - this will all be provided for your convenience and ready when you arrive.
The Deluxe Rent a Tent's provide you also with camp stretcher, camp mattress & sleeping bag with liner per person (no pillow included).
Friday 1 & Saturday 2 October. Your RENT a TENT will be dismantled by organizers Sunday morning at 12noon.
The Rent a Tent area is located in the Family Camping Area close to ammenities.

Camping at Deni Caravan Parks
If you prefer to stay in town there are many caravan park camping sites to select from along our beautiful Edward River during the Festival. Shower facilites are also available at most of these parks in case you prefer to catch the bus in to town and have a hot shower (cost applies).
