Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

We hope you will love your purchase from the Deni Ute Muster, but in the case your item is faulty or doesn’t fit correctly, there are options available to receive an exchange, credit or in some cases a refund.

Our policy last 14 days. Once 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size choice. An exchange or store credit will be issued that is valid for 12 months.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Boots MUST be tried on inside on carpet. All of the items, box, bag etc. must be returned and place inside a postage satchel.

Non-returnable items: 

Discounted or Sale Items are non-returnable unless faulty.


In the case your item does not fit correctly, you are able to exchange your product if returned in the 14-day period.  All exchanges require the customer to pay for the return shipping costs and the additional cost to resend the new size.

Refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

A refund is only granted given your item is damaged or unable to be used in the way intended upon purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund application.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of refund confirmation.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Proof of Purchase

Exchanges and refunds must be accompanied by one of the following proof of purchase documents;

  • Original receipt
  • Photo of the original receipt

If you are unable to provide a satisfactory Proof of Purchase then the Deni Ute Muster will deny a refund or exchange.

Please complete the Return/Exchange form which you should have received in your posted purchase order and post back to us at Muster HQ with the item/s you would like to return.

Alternatively, you can email to gain authorisation to return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When exchanging any items, please make sure you include a pre paid postal satchel so we can return your item to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
