General Ticket Info
You will be required to sign up as a member after you have selected your tickets to purchase.
As the Deni Ute Muster operates on a licensed premises, all patrons under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult ticket holder at all times on the festival site. Under 13 tickets are for those children who don’t turn 13 until the Sunday of the Muster.
All tickets will be wristbands. These wristbands will be sent out in August via Registered Post. You will receive an email with your tracking number to keep an eye on your wristbands.
Time to Pay Option – Available 13th March, 2017
This is an easy way to pay off your tickets over two instalments, without having to pay a lump sum.
If you would like to take this option, You agree that we can charge your credit card a booking fee, postage fee and admin fee and the number of specified instalments prior to sending you a confirmed ticket.
You agree that you only have a reservation for a ticket and are not entitled to a ticket to the relevant event until full payment of the ticket and associated fees are made.
You agree that if, for any reason, we are not able to process the instalment on it’s due date, your reservation for the ticket will be cancelled and any funds paid will be forfeited by you.

Your second payment will be automatically deducted on the date mentioned at the time of purchase. This date will also be stated within your order receipt. 5 days prior to your payment, you will receive an email advising that your second instalment is due. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds on your card prior to your second instalment. Your credit card MUST be valid for the entire instalment period.
On the second instalment date, the bank will attempt to take funds from the same credit card used to pay your original deposit. If funds are insufficient on your card, or declines for any reason, a 2nd attempt will occur after 24 hours. If the 2nd attempt also fails, a 3rd attempt will occur after another 24 hours. If your 3rd attempt fails, your reservation for the ticket will be cancelled and your deposit and any booking fee paid will be forfeited by you.
